Why can’t I log into my account?

The is case sensitive, check for capitals and spaces.

Check to see if CAPS LOCK is on

Type the username and password into the boxes and don’t use the copy and paste function

Email support@thinkfisher.com to confirm your correct username and password

I keep getting the message ‘please enter an email address even though I have?

Type the username and password into the boxes and don’t use the copy and paste function

Make sure your email address includes the @ symbol

Make sure you haven’t entered any spaces after your email address

Why can’t I move onto the next page?

Make all mandatory fields (those with a *) completed

Press save after each page

I can’t get my CV to upload?

Your CV needs to me saved as either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF

 

How do I make it so that my employer can’t view my profile?

Log onto your profile and go to the ‘Work Experience’ page. 

Look for your current employer in the ‘Current Employer’ list. 

If they’re not listed then enter their name in the field below – ‘Current Employer not listed’ and the system will then ensure that if your employer becomes a subscribing client your details will remain blocked from them.

I’ve applied for a job and I haven’t heard back?

Please assume after 2 weeks of the application you’ve been unsuccessful.

Why am I not being approached for jobs?

Firstly ensure your profile is up to date with all your current information including current employer and that your profile notes are updated.

Make sure your current CV has been uploaded.

Add any relevant qualifications or awards – stand out from the competition.

Add a professional photo – 70% of subscribing clients look at profiles with photos first.

How do I deactivate my profile?

If you have found a job can we suggest that we deactivate your profile.  This will mean that no one can view your details however should the time come where you need us again we can activate your profile again at the touch of a button.
